Lawsuit alleges Synapse Group, Inc., a magazine subscription agent, violated California law

Last May, a class action lawsuit was filed in California alleging that Synapse Group, Inc., a magazine subscription agent, violated California law for failure to adequately disclose that magazine subscriptions they sold automatically renewed.
