Last week Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) announced its fourth quarter 2016 results, marking its 10-year anniversary of online streaming video with 7.05 million net new members and $2.4 billion in global streaming revenue, a 41 percent increase year-over-year. Other highlights include operating profit of $154 million, $67 million of net income and earnings of $0.15 per share. Operational highlights include newly launched offline viewing and integration with Comcast through its X1 set-top boxes.
