Ancestry.com does a couple of things well in this welcome email to registered users. One, it provides the login information and password clearly up top in a contrasting color. Two, the email highlights the many benefits of membership. And three, the email includes an offer for a free 14-day trial. However, we would have liked it the user could have created an easy-to-remember password instead of being assigned a randomly-generated one.
