But Justin Rondeau, Editor of our sister publication Which Test Won, recently informed me that if you’re using the free version of Prezi, everything you create will be made available on the Prezi.com website — for free and to the public!That’s one sure fire way to devalue your event tickets–who will want your event’s exclusive content if it’s available free?And while I’m on the topic of presentations, let me make a small PSA. Live events are different that Webinars, and color gradations that look lovely on a back-lit computer screen are completely lost when slides are projected in a room. So keep it simple: balck/blue font on a white background or yellow/white font on a blue/black background. The eyeballs in the room will be grateful and spend more time listening to what you have to say than trying to read what you wrote.
