Compete.com emailed prospects with this limited time offer, that does somethings right and others..meh.

We like this offer from Compete.com because

  1. The bold orange stripe makes it clear this is a limited time offer.
  2. It’s bundling a premium content offer with a subscription offer.
  3. There’s a clear Call-to-Action with the phone number listed clearly.

However, the all caps font in the blue box is a bit tight, and the graphics are a bit busy. Also, while a phone number is great, it would have also been great if there was a CTA sending email recipients to the site where they could have filled out a qualified lead form.
