Despite Strong 2015 Financials, Shopify Is Still Losing Money

Shopify, a subscription-based ecommerce platform for small and medium-sized businesses, announced its 2015 results: revenue, volume and subscriptions are up, but profits are nonexistent. Shopify (NYSE: SHOP)(TSX: SH) posted an operating loss of $6.3 million for the fourth quarter, and a net loss of $18.8 million for the full year.
