PayPal Promises to Expand Buyer Protection to Digital Purchases
Last week PayPal announced its plans to expand its “global purchase protection” beyond tangible goods to include digital products and services including music, books, games, tickets, and software downloads, says Internet Retailer Magazine. Users were informed of the change in policy via email earlier this week.
