Who is VIP designed for?
Owners, CEOs, general managers and senior functional leaders responsible for subscription performance. You don't need a crisis or a specific project. VIP is also for executives who want to look ahead and make informed decisions.
Is this different from Member Center membership?
Yes. The Member Center is a self-service library. VIP adds our team's personal resource selection, a private Backstage portal, ongoing messaging and monthly conversations with Kathy.
Can members of my team also access the Member Center?
VIP includes one named executive and one individual Member Center seat. Additional team access can be discussed separately.
How does monthly time and messaging work?
You have 60 minutes each month with Kathy, as one 60-minute or two 30-minute private conversations. You can also message Kathy and our team with focused questions between sessions. We'll confirm scheduling and response expectations before you join.
How are resources added to Backstage?
Our team selects relevant existing research and tools around your priorities and new developments. Backstage is personalized, but it is not a fixed monthly delivery of custom reports.
Does VIP include implementation or consulting projects?
VIP provides research, ongoing perspective and decision support. Detailed audits, implementation and specialist professional services are separate engagements.
What happens after I inquire?
We follow up to learn about your business, discuss what you want from the membership and confirm fit and availability. There's no obligation to join.
