Apple-Peacock Bundle Price Rises, Savings Still Top 30%

apple tv peacock streaming subscription bundles subscription pricing Sep 03, 2026

Both services recently raised standalone prices. Their U.S. bundle is getting more expensive too, but subscribers who want both still save roughly one-third.

Apple and Peacock are raising the price of their U.S. streaming bundle, but they haven’t removed the financial reason for subscribers to choose it. As of September 1, the Apple TV and Peacock Premium bundle costs $17.99 a month, up from $14.99. The version with Peacock Premium Plus increased from $19.99 to $22.99 a month.

That is a 20% increase for the lower-priced bundle and about 15% for the Premium Plus version. New and returning subscribers are paying the new rates now, while existing subscribers move to the higher price on their first billing date on or after October 1.

Both services have also raised their standalone prices. Peacock Premium now costs $12.99 a month, Premium Plus costs $19.99, and Apple TV is $14.99 a month.

The Bundle Still Saves More Than 30%

At current monthly prices, buying Apple TV and Peacock Premium separately would cost $27.98 a month. The $17.99 bundle saves $9.99, or about 36%. At the higher tier, Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus would cost $34.98 separately, compared with the $22.99 bundle, a savings of $11.99, or about 34%.

Those calculations use current monthly standalone prices and don’t include annual plans, promotions or other discounts. When Apple and NBCUniversal introduced the bundle in October 2025, they promoted savings of more than 30%. Peacock is still marketing the newly priced offer around that same “save over 30%” promise.

Both Services Have Been Repriced

Peacock raised its standalone prices on August 18, with Premium increasing from $10.99 to $12.99 a month and Premium Plus moving from $16.99 to $19.99. Apple followed later in August, raising Apple TV from $12.99 to $14.99. Then came the September 1 bundle increase.

Even after all three increases, subscribers who want both services still have a clear financial reason to buy them together. Customers can subscribe through either Apple or Peacock, which also creates an issue for people who already pay for one of the services. Both companies warn that existing subscriptions may need to be managed to avoid duplicate charges.

Insider Take

Apple and Peacock protected something important when they raised the price: the reason to buy the services together.

That gets harder when each product has its own pricing strategy. Peacock increased its standalone price, Apple followed, and eventually the joint offer had to move too. Rather than absorb those increases and hold the old bundle price, Apple and Peacock raised the price while keeping the discount above 30%.

A bundle can get more expensive and still be a good deal.

The harder question for operators is how much of the savings can disappear before customers stop seeing enough value in buying the products together.

The next point to watch comes October 1, when the higher price starts reaching existing subscribers.
