New research from Nielsen Norman Group (NNG) shows there are some simple yet effective ways to improve app design and many of them revolve around where users touch and the size of text and images:
- Make sure your touchable areas not too small and not too close together, so when someone presses on an image he or she is not also touching another image.
- If you insert a text link that you want people to touch, make sure the font is big enough.
- Don’t require your users to type on the touchpad too much.
