B2B Media Grows 5%, Mainly Due to Heavy Growth in Data Sales
The Association of Business Media (ABM) recently released a report stating that B2B media grew 4.8% between 2008 and 2013, now generating $26.9 billion annually. The report focused on four revenue streams: events, print advertising, digital advertising and data or business information. Unfortunately, digital subscriptions were not accounted for, though our own research shows that B2B subscriptions sales reached $5.9 billion in 2013.
